In January 2025 Glenmorgan announced a series of strategic partnerships with investment banks and trading platforms across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Access through existing brokerage accounts

Under the announced plans, investors would be able to buy and sell units in Glenmorgan's privately managed funds directly through their existing brokerage accounts from Q3 2025, without opening a separate Glenmorgan investment account.

Glenmorgan said the initiative was intended to simplify access for both institutional and individual investors. Partner institutions were not named.

Growth expectations

Glenmorgan stated that its assets under management were $6 billion at that time and that it expected the partnerships to lift this to well over $20 billion in the coming years. These were the firm's expectations, not guaranteed outcomes.

David Walsh, Chief Operating Officer, described the partnerships as a step towards giving traditional investors access to alternative assets.

Potential listing

Glenmorgan also said it was in negotiations with investment banks ahead of a potential IPO in 2026 and was exploring a listing on the London Stock Exchange. No listing should be assumed unless and until it is formally confirmed.
